No lectures or judgment; you know your business and you’re the expert on it. I’m here to provide a listening ear from someone who’s worked with hundreds of businesses and thousands of leaders.
What this means
Regardless of what comes up in the workshop, I’ll spend time absorbing and processing it, then write up my findings. They might be surprisingly simple: a process that needs to change, a tool you should buy, two systems that need to talk to each other, something worth automating, or something custom-built around the way your business actually works.
And sometimes, the answer is to stop spending energy on it altogether.
