Proven customer service experience is required. 

Bonus skills and experience that will put your application over the top include previous software lifecycle experience such as requirements gathering, project management, or quality assurance.

Role & Responsibilities

 

The customer success manager is responsible for building relationships to ensure a positive client experience. This position will ensure client success by providing knowledge, value and exceptional customer service. This is a remote, full-time, exempt position with normal business working hours.

Essential Functions:

  • Attend client meetings and document client needs and route into the appropriate process.

  • Work with clients to provide support necessary to achieve their business goals. 

  • Manage projects including follow-up with team members as well as providing updates to clients.

  • Assist with drafting business requirements during the product design process to ensure client’s needs are met. 

  • Act as point of contact for clients which includes answering questions, handling client issues, and providing project updates and status.

  • Provide acknowledgement of receipt of client communication within one business day.

  • Walk clients through new features live or via pre-recorded video.

Qualifications

 

Education and experience

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent required. 

  • Proven customer service experience required.

Required skills and abilities

  • Exceptional relationship management skills, ability to drive client success and retention.

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks in parallel.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Solid problem resolution skills.
